You can change password below but consider using a password vault like LastPass rather than switch to a more simple password than that allocated by the system.  If you insist on changing it then please use a strong password, certainly not one of these.

You may update your email address here too but this will not change the email PDMHS uses for other purposes such as email Newsletters so please email the change to email.address.change@pdmhs.com too.
